不可不看的秘密 中国人学英语的12个误区
一： 太把某些老师当回事儿了 　　不管是大学老师，中学老师，培训老师，他们永远都只是个阶梯，一个指导。老师的话绝对不是真理而只能作为参考。而中国的英文老师的英文水平是不一样的，经历是不一样的，他们的所谓英文的学习方法又绝对成不了真理，而只能作为个人学习英文的经验分享，以供参考罢了。我老觉得在中国，英文学习法应该是世界上最多的了，书店里，网络上，林林总总的学英文的内容真是不少，甚至是多的不知道让人听谁的，信谁的，学谁的了。
　　其实不管是什么方法，不管是不是用了哪个词典哪个学习机，如果我们自己不按照学习语言的有效方式去行动的话，又有哪个语言会那么容易让我们掌握到手呢？
二：太想依赖于别人提高英语了
　　人人都想学好英文，但是有好就有坏的，有强就有弱的。英语还没有好起来的人面对好起来的人不仅仅是羡慕，还有更多关于学习英文的问题。互相分享学习经验没有错，错在我们花在了解如何学英语上的时间太多了，而没有真正的用在学英语和练英文上。
　　可能是因为时间的关系，每个人都想寻找出一条学习英文的秘方，想快速提高英语。可是没有在行动上‘学英语’的结果只能是肤浅‘了解英文’，而没有真正的‘提高自己的英文’。
三：花太多冤枉钱了
　　很多人在学英文上是不惜重金买，买各种各样的资料。我们想的或许是买的越多学英文学的越好。不过自己如果不主动学习，不主动练习用英文的话，这些资源只是给那些靠英文或卖英文书吃饭的人投资，而失去了给自己英文投资的任何意义。
四：太羡慕别人的所谓‘英文’了
　　随着博客用户越来越多，越来越多的人觉得英文是个吸引眼球的话题，很多的网友开始用英文写博客。也确实有了很多的fans。我当然不会否定这是个很好的锻炼英文写作的途径，我也没有任何反对意见。可问题是很多人一见到满是英文的文章就觉得羡慕。问题又来了，如果一个学英文的人成了他们的fans之后，学到的英文会让人担心的，因为不知名的想学点英文的游客哪会知道里面有没有错误的语法或用词呢？
五：太把英文当成大事儿了
　　有的人要么说英语不好学，要么说自己没有学习语言的天赋。可是我们为什么不考虑一下，那些要饭的，没有任何知识文化的都能把中文说的那么好呢？
　　我们在学习任何一个语言的时候都需要先考虑一下自己母语的学习经历。跟着父母喊爸爸妈妈，那样的一个词我们又喊了多少遍，也被更改了多少遍才学会的。我们与同学和周围的朋友交流，那些信息和词汇又让我们练了多少遍。我们读的是汉语，听的是汉语，说的是汉语，写的是汉语，不过似乎没有人觉得我们在‘学中文’，因为我们在用中文。而这就是母语。
　　语言就是这样，说多了，用多了，自然就会了。学多了，自然就提高了。
六：太把英文考试当回事儿
　　考试是中国教育的特色，以考试定天下，分分学生的命根。很多人学英文考了四级考六级，考了六级考口译。我从不否定这样的凭证对学业的重要，对工作的重要。不过反过来讲，一个没有任何听说能力的人即使考过了专业八级，他的英文永远还都跟没学一样。
七：太为了‘学英语’而‘学英语’了
　　大部分人都知道英文学好了越来越吃香。可有很多人不知道自己为什么学英文。可我发现太多的人只是为了学英文而学英文，而忽略了学英文真正的意义。
　　英文是一个语言，无庸置疑是一种思想的载体。中文让我们中国人的思想可以交流了。而英文作为一个国际语言（lingua franca）让整个世界的思想交流起来了。所以，学英文是为了了解更多没有翻译成中文的思想，为了了解更大，更广阔的世界。
　　所以，我会问，我们学了英文这么久了，我们看到多少本英文原版的小说，看到多少英文原版的畅销书了？即使这些都没有，我们又读了多少网络上的BBC, CNN, Guardian了？又用英文了解了多少在中文的世界中了解不到的世界了？还是我们在为了用英文而用英文了？
八：太想掌握更多单词了
　　很多人觉得，想把英语学的好，单词一个不能少。一个个的是死背单词。知道的单词多了当然会是好事。可是除了考试以外，或是在写作阅读以外，在我们中国式的哑巴英语上，我们缺少是词汇量么？根据 English Vocabulary in Use (upper-intermediate, p. 4)，以英语为母语的人在平时说话中用的词汇量不会超过 5000 个。而在书面英语中占45％的词汇量也只有50个单词。而这样的一个词汇量，似乎是高考(Q吧)英文考试的单词量吧？所以，想说好英语并没有那么难，问题就是如何把那些基本单词运用熟练。可又有多少人看的起那些貌似简单的单词了？
九：太想学好语法了
　　如果有外国人问我们中文语法的时候，除了那些语言学家之外，我觉得没有人能解释多少。语法是规律，是总结，是经验。在中文上，我们只知道这样说对，不知道为什么这样说对。
　　英语也是一样，一定量的语法可以帮助我们这些没有任何英文语言背景的人了解另外一种语言。但是没有一定量的运用，语法只能称为一个个死死板板的框架。
十：太多借口说自己没有语言环境了
　　虽然我们在学英文的时候没有英文的环境，我们不得不反问自己，周围的书店逛了么？原版书籍买过么？网络上英文的网站又读过么？这些 Authentic English其实就在我们身边。
　　在国外条件确实好很多，因为不管到哪里都得用英文。可是，如果不读的话，英文提高不到哪里去。即使在国外如果自己不读英文的话，环境再好，英文也提高不到哪里去，因为现在国外的中国人太多了。英文即使不好，照样还能生活的好好的。
　　再说了，都是一样的一个所谓‘没有英文环境’的中国，为什么还是有那么多人把英文学的那么好呢？
十一：太急于求成了
　　一个语言的学习需要的是时间和毅力。很多人在羡慕别人的漂亮的英文口语，可是问题是我们往往没有看到他们背后付出的代价。

物流费用分析

常见的物流费用包括以下几种：

海洋运费：Ocean Freight, 从装运港到卸货港的海洋运输费用，按照货物运输方式及性质计价方式回不一样，如集装箱运输，按照每个集装箱收费，集装箱分为普通干箱（General Purpose, Dry）和特种集装箱，按照集装箱大小分为20’, 40’, 20’H(High, 高箱), 40’H(High,高箱)，45’等；特种集装箱分为挂衣箱、平板箱、框架箱、冷冻箱、开顶箱、半封闭箱等。如果为散货运输（拼集装箱），按照重量或者立方米计价，通常轻货（体积较大）按照每立方米计价，特殊尺寸货物、超重货物、危险品货物由于装箱、配载困难通常会加倍计费。如果大宗散货则照吨计费，并产生平仓费、洗仓费等。

海洋运输附加费：Fright Surcharge, 当船公司营运出现亏损时或者特殊情况通常用附加费的方式调节， 如BAF, FAS, DDC等，通常按照每个集装箱计价随海洋运费收取。

航空运费：Air Freight, 从始发机场到目的机场航空运输费用，通常按照公斤计费，对于轻泡货物，航空业计费方式为长x宽x高以厘米计算再除以6000，对于大件货物（超高、超宽、超重）和鲜活货物、贵重货物计重方式不一样。

空运附加费：Fright Surcharge，发生航空运费时，航空公司需要调节运价或者特殊情况下会产生空运附加费，常见的如燃油附加费、战争险附加费等。

换(抽)单费：Document Fee,船公司委托代理（船代）换单时，代理通常收取服务费用，按照每个提单收取，如果货物有两个以上承运代理，可能会产生两个以上换单费，一般收取100-200元人民币不等。

码头附加费：Terminal Handling Charge, 海港码头经营需要时经政府批准会收取THC, 通常由船公司转嫁给货主， 目前上海港按照RMB370/20’,RMB560/40’，RMB10-15/CBM收取THC 。

分拨费：Bulk-breaking, 多见于海运拼箱进口，承运人拆箱并将货物分开在保税仓库，产生分拨费，通常按照计费吨（重量吨或者立方）计算，有些还有最低计费标准。

报关费：Customs Brokerage Fee, 进（出）口报关时，报关行收取代理报关服务费用。

代理服务费：Service Charge, 代理商提供服务时收取费用。

通讯快件费： Telex Fee, Express Fee, 客户需要额外服务（如提单电报放货或者提单原件快件寄发）产生的费用。

检验检疫费：Quarantine Fee, 国检局按照法定检验检疫商品及包装实施检验检疫收取法定费用。

熏蒸费：Heat Treatment Fee,对于旧机器、木质包装、疫区货物等法定情况下必须经过检验检疫局指定的机构处理产生的费用。

报检费：CIQ Brokerage Fee, 进（出）口报检时，报检行收取代理报检服务费用。

查验费：Inspection Service Fee, 进（出）口报关报检时，海关或者检验检疫局需要查看货物，产生规费（按每天收取，如50元/日），查验时，要求货主或其代理人到场，由于搬运、场地、短驳、陶箱、劳力等费用产生查验费用统称查验费。

坏污箱费： Container Damage Fee, 集装箱卸货时，由于货主卸货时产生箱体损坏或者油污，通常会产生修理或者清洗费用，货主卸货前和卸货完毕后要注意检查箱体，确认是否由于己方责任，并在集装箱单交结单据上签字，并要求留下一联作为参考。

港建港杂费：Harbor Charge， 按照规定，港口当局收取港建、港杂费用，收费通常公布，不同港区收费不同。

大件处理费：Weight Package Handling Charge, 港口当局处理大件非集装箱货物，由于动用到特殊设备及港口设施（如岸吊、船吊、过驳），根据货物大小及处理时间，产生大件处理费，特别常见于大型机械设备采用非集装箱班轮运输等情况。

疏港费：Demurrage Charge, 由于港口容量有限，通常给与港口货物一定的免费保存期，超过期限，货物会被转到港口附近的堆场，产生货物的上下车费及短驳费，统称为疏港费。

租箱费：Overtime Usage Charge, 由于船公司要求集装箱尽快投入新的循环使用，通常给货主免费使用期，从集装箱卸到岸上开始计算，超过一定期限，收取超期使用费，超期过长，超期使用费还会产生加倍，不过，长期客户可以申请适当减免。

堆场费：Terminal Charge, 集装箱由于查验、疏港、内陆监管等进入堆场，堆场会收取场地使用费及服务费。

上下车费：Loading/Unloading Charge，集装箱从地上到车上，或者从车上到地上，由于用到集装箱吊车，产生上下车费或者落箱费。

装箱费：Box-up Fee, 如果需要服务提供商提供装箱（货物装到集装箱内）服务，会产生装箱费用。

理货费：Tally Fee, 港口当局根据法规，对入港货物清理检查货物是否与提单一致，产生理货费。

汽代费：Truck Agent Fee, 由港区汽运代理安排调度，产生汽代费，通常在进口集装箱内陆运输算在包干费内。
